ICYMI: In Focus on race relations in America

BLUEFIELD, W.Va (WVVA) – In case you missed it, on Sunday June 7, WVVA’s In Focus segment centered on race relations in America in the wake of 46-year-old George Floyd’s death. He was killed May 25 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Since then, protests and riots have happened all over America. Peaceful protests have taken place in cities and towns across Southern West Virginia as well.

The guests featured on this edition of In Focus include Dr. Kristi Dumas, a Beckley psychologist, Robert Dunlap, a Beckley attorney and Bishop Frederick Brown with the Faith Center Church in Bluefield, West Virginia.

In Focus is a 30-minute show that airs every Sunday at 9 a.m. on WVVA.
