Guided meditation is when participants meditate under the verbal guidance provided by one of our professionals. It is a form of meditation that is a collection of integrated techniques that include relaxing music, guided imagery, mindfulness, and more.

Participants aren’t expected to know how to meditate prior to class, all that’s required is that you listen.
